Dear diary,
We had our math final examination today. I did my very best to ensure I scored above average. The exam didn’t go as expected. The time was short, and the invigilators were strict to the core.
If I fail, it will break my parents’ hearts, and I may never get another chance. A large percentage of youths in my local community who have failed in similar situations are roaming the streets in gangs, selling things, or becoming pregnant.
I don’t know what lies ahead for me, but failure is not an option. It is now in the hands of an unknown teacher sipping hot tea in his backyard. May God have mercy!
